The Lead Pastor provides spiritual leadership, vision, and direction for the church. He oversees biblical teaching, pastoral care, ministry development, and the over all health of the congregation. The Lead Pastor guides staff, supports ministry leaders, and equips the church to fulfill its mission of reaching people with The Gospel and discipling believers.
